This page provides information under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act for paid pre-consultation and pre-visit route-organization services provided by Cellforce One Clinic Tokyo / Medical Corporation Yamamoto Clinic. Separate clinical explanations, consent documents, Terms and Conditions, and cancellation policies may apply to in-person medical consultations, examinations, and treatments.

2. Covered Services
Japan Precision Health Consultation, Access & Route Memo, Specialty Second Opinion for regenerative medicine / precision wellness matters, Complex Case Coordination, Longevity Review, and other paid pre-consultation, pre-visit route-organization, and information-organization services individually presented by the Clinic.
These services are for pre-visit information organization, care-pathway orientation, review of existing information, and, where applicable, preparation of reference information for your existing physician. They are not emergency care, diagnosis, prescription, treatment instruction, treatment eligibility confirmation, or a substitute for in-person physician care.
Routine advice outside the Clinic's focus, such as LASIK, contact lens choice, general orthopedics, cardiac surgery, organ transplant decisions, or urgent oncology surgery decisions, is outside the scope of these services. Where appropriate, the Clinic may suggest referral routing instead of accepting the request as a paid service.
3. Prices

Displayed prices are guideline amounts. Consumption tax, translation fees, third-party medical institution fees, testing fees, clinical consultation fees, travel, accommodation, communication charges, bank transfer fees, and other expenses may apply separately. The total payable amount and service scope are confirmed before payment.
4. Payment Method and Timing
After staff review confirms that the inquiry is suitable for a paid service, or after the scope of a standardized paid review is described on a public page, we provide payment instructions by secure card payment link, bank transfer, or another method designated by the Clinic. Payment is generally required in advance before service work begins.
Individually quoted services receive a payment link after the service scope and amount are confirmed. For one-time standardized services such as the Online Knee MRI / X-ray Review, a public page may link to a hosted payment page when the price and scope are clearly stated.
5. Service Delivery Timing
After payment confirmation, receipt of required information, and completion of identity / consent confirmation, we aim to provide the initial organization or next-step guidance within approximately five business days. Additional time may be required depending on document volume, translation, physician confirmation, Japanese holidays, or coordination with external institutions.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
The cancellation and refund terms for a paid service are presented individually before payment. As a general rule, once the Clinic has begun information organization, physician confirmation, translation, external coordination, or other service work, refunds may not be available due to the nature of the service.
If the Clinic is unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to the Clinic, or if refund conditions are separately specified, we will handle the case after considering payment processing fees and work already performed.
7. Validity of Payment Instructions
The validity period is stated in the estimate, payment link, or payment instructions sent individually. If not stated, the default reference period is seven days from issuance.
8. Delivery Method and Required Environment
Services may be provided by email, online forms, LINE, WhatsApp, online meetings, PDF memo, or text memo. Internet access, email access, and an environment capable of viewing PDF files may be required.
