Private Pre-Visit Consultation · International Patients

Arrive in Tokyo
ready for the right
next step.

Turn interest in Japan-based precision screening or regenerative medicine into a clear first move. Before you book a flight, organize your goal, records, questions, and physician-reviewed route for Tokyo.

Start with a written route memo. Detailed medical suitability is reviewed through the proper consultation process.

We Understand Where You Are

You have done the research. Now make the first move count.

You may have read the research, watched the videos, compared clinics, and still be asking the same practical question: what should I do first? This page gives you a paid, structured way to turn scattered information into a route you can act on.

The outcome is deliberately practical: what to prepare, which review path fits your goal, and how a Tokyo visit could be organized if the case is appropriate for further consultation.

Which first step fits my goal: screening, second opinion, or an in-person visit?
What information should I prepare before investing time in a Tokyo visit?
How can I make one Japan visit more focused, private, and efficient?
Can my inquiry be handled in English, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, or Japanese?
What Makes This Different

A private review built to protect your time.

A serious medical trip should begin with a sharper decision. We help you move from online curiosity to a written first route: what to review, what to bring, which service line may fit the question, and when a Japan visit should be considered.

Human review

Medical-context inquiries are reviewed by clinic staff and, where relevant, physicians. Automated messages never decide whether a treatment is suitable for you.

Cellforce One Clinic Tokyo operates under Medical Corporation Yamamoto Clinic, within Japan's formal regulatory framework for regenerative medicine. This page is the front door for serious international inquiries: structured intake, careful review, and a route that helps you use your time in Tokyo with purpose.

Private physician-reviewed consultation in Tokyo
Before Travel

A focused first review before you plan a Tokyo visit.

Discretion By Design

A polished first step for people who value time, privacy, and clarity.

International patients often arrive with incomplete information, scattered records, and too many choices. This consultation turns that complexity into a focused preparation path: confirm the scope, protect privacy, and decide what should be reviewed before your visit is planned.

Private Intake

Start with a concise inquiry. Full records are requested only if the paid consultation proceeds.

Scoped Review

Your request is shaped into a review path that matches the information available and the decision you need to make.

Written Output

The result is a memo you can use to discuss next steps with your own physician or with our staff.

What This Is

A guided pre-visit consultation.

  • 01Goal and timing review before Japan travel.
  • 02Initial route organization across screening, second opinion, and visit planning.
  • 03Questions to discuss with your current primary physician.
  • 04Staff-reviewed handoff to LINE, WhatsApp, email, or scheduled consultation.
Clear Medical Scope

The right route starts with the right scope.

  • Urgent symptoms should be handled by local emergency services.
  • Diagnosis, prescription, and treatment decisions require the proper medical consultation process.
  • Your current primary physician remains an important point of care.
  • Suitability for regenerative medicine, NK, MSC, EV, screening, or any procedure is reviewed through medical judgment.
  • For questions outside the clinic's focus, staff may suggest a more appropriate referral route.
  • Full records are shared only through the guided process if a paid consultation proceeds.
Language Support

AI-assisted interpretation, with human confirmation where it matters.

International care starts with being understood. For multilingual communication, the clinic can use AI-assisted interpretation and transcription tools, including realtime speech translation workflows and Google Translate Live Translate support, to help organize questions before and during a visit.

Voice

Step-by-step interpreting

Conversation can be supported with realtime or consecutive AI interpretation, depending on the device, language, and setting.

Text

Transcripts and written checks

Important names, dates, numbers, medications, and questions are easier to confirm when speech support is paired with written notes.

Updates

Tools reviewed over time

As AI interpretation tools improve and supported languages expand, the clinic reviews practical ways to make communication clearer.

AI interpretation supports communication. It does not replace physician judgment, formal consent, professional translation when required, or emergency medical care.

Travel Timing

Plan the trip around biology, not the other way around.

These are planning windows for international patients. Collection dates, release timing, quality review, consent, and any later procedure date are confirmed individually after physician review and staff coordination. Please do not book flights from this page alone.

MSC

About 40-50 days after collection

Autologous MSC generally requires a processing and culture window after tissue collection. A first Tokyo visit may include physician review, imaging, blood work, and collection when appropriate; a later visit is planned only after release and quality checks.

NK

Think in two dates

NK cell therapy is planned around blood collection and a culture / activation period of roughly 21 days. International patients usually separate the collection date from the return date for administration after release checks.

EV / iPS-EV

Same-day discussion may be possible

Blood screening, urine or other required checks, physician examination, product documents, and consent are reviewed first. If an already prepared product route is appropriate, same-day or next-day administration may be discussed. Creating personal iPS from scratch is a separate long process.

Precision Check

Use the visit to organize decisions

MRI, blood tests, inflammation / metabolic categories, genetic-related support information, and prior records can be organized so the physician can explain what should be considered next.

The clinic may advise a shorter, longer, or different route depending on records, findings, product availability, quality documents, and medical judgment.

Who It Is For

For patients ready to turn interest into a concrete plan.

This offer is designed for people already considering Japan and looking for a structured way to make the next decision with confidence.

Precision screening

Specialty second opinion

Patients with existing records in the clinic's focus areas such as biomarkers, NK, MSC, EV, or precision wellness who need a physician-reviewed route memo before travel.

Regenerative interest

Patients asking about NK, MSC, EV, knee, or longevity services who first need suitability review and clear medical boundaries.

Family planning

Families coordinating a Japan visit, interpreter needs, travel timing, and local physician handoff questions.

Process

Four steps from interest to an actionable route memo.

Questions, Answered

Your questions, answered before you ask.

A strong pre-visit consultation should reduce ambiguity and make the next action obvious. These are the questions many international patients ask before choosing a Tokyo route.

What exactly do I receive for the fee?

A structured, written route memo: the recommended first step, questions to raise with your own physician, and, where appropriate, physician-reviewed second-opinion notes. You are paying for medical organization and review before travel.

Does this mean I can receive a particular treatment?

It starts the proper review path. Suitability for any screening or regenerative procedure is a medical judgment made after review; this consultation clarifies what information is needed and how to take the next step.

Can this be handled in my language?

You may begin in English, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, or Japanese. Staff will confirm the supported workflow for your case, and interpreter coordination can be arranged for an in-person visit.

How is my privacy protected?

Inquiries are reviewed privately by staff. The first form is kept concise; if a paid consultation proceeds, we guide you through the appropriate document-sharing process. See our Privacy Policy and External Transmission Policy.

I have a serious or urgent condition — is this the right channel?

This channel is for planned consultation routing. For severe symptoms or immediate concerns, please contact local emergency services or your current treating physician. For urgent surgical or oncology decisions, we may suggest appropriate referral routing instead.
