    Mission and Philosophy

    Realization of patient-centered medical care

We provide optimal treatment methods incorporating the most advanced medical technologies based on each patient’s genetic information and medical condition. In particular, through regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy, we help patients improve their health and quality of life (QOL), reduce pain, and lead more fulfilling lives.

    Through technological innovation
    Contribution to Society

We contribute to the realization of an affluent society by extending people’s healthy lifespan through regenerative medicine, while constantly incorporating the latest technological innovations. Through autologous adipose-derived stem cell therapy, we aim to promote tissue repair, reduce chronic pain, and improve quality of life.

    Medical Expense Deduction

Under Japan’s medical expense deduction system, if medical expenses paid in a year exceed a certain amount, a portion of the amount can be refunded or reduced for income tax purposes. Treatment expenses paid at our clinic are also eligible for the medical expense deduction if the conditions are met.

    Eligible Medical Expenses

Medical treatment, examination, and medication expenses paid at your own expense are eligible. Expenses for regenerative medicine at our clinic are also deductible.

    Expenses not covered

Expenses that are not recognized as medical treatment, such as cosmetic treatments and voluntary services not covered by insurance, are not deductible.

What is required to apply for the deduction

In order to receive a deductible, you must submit receipts for treatment expenses when filing your tax return. We issue receipts for all treatment expenses, so please be sure to keep them in a safe place.

    Deduction amount

If the total amount of medical expenses paid in a year exceeds 100,000 yen or 5% of your gross income, the excess amount is deductible.

    How to apply

Submit a detailed statement of medical expenses and receipts to the tax office when filing your tax return. For details, please consult the tax office or a tax accountant.

    For overseas customers

For patients from overseas who wish to see or consult with us, we request the following procedures to ensure smooth and safe medical treatment.

    Use of medical coordination companies

When overseas patients receive medical treatment at our clinic, it is usually necessary for them to go through a medical coordination company or travel agency. This ensures a smooth progression from medical appointments, interpretation services, prior medical information sharing, and post-treatment follow-up.

    Procedures

Expenses that are not considered medical treatment, such as treatment for cosmetic purposes or voluntary services not covered by insurance, are not deductible.

    1 Consultation

Through the medical coordination company, the patient will provide our clinic with advance information on the patient’s health condition and desired treatment.

    2 coordination

The coordinator will arrange the dates of medical examination and necessary tests at the patient’s convenience.

    3 Service

Our clinic offers multilingual services, and we will arrange for interpretation services through a coordinating company. We will support patients during treatment and examinations without any concerns about language barriers.

    4 after treatment

After the completion of treatment, we will arrange additional care and medical treatment as needed through our coordinator. For patients from outside of Japan, it may be difficult to return to the hospital for follow-up or follow-up visits, so our coordinators will also assist with online consultations and referrals to local medical facilities.
