Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all medical services, website usage and other services ("Services") provided by Medical Corporation Yamamoto Clinic, operating as Cell Force One Clinic Tokyo ("the Clinic"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1

Out-of-Pocket Services / No Health Insurance Coverage

All regenerative medicine treatments (NK cell therapy, MSC stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, etc.) and precision health programmes offered by the Clinic are private-pay (jiyuu shinsatsu) services. They are not covered by Japan's public health insurance system (Kenko Hoken / Kokumin Kenko Hoken) or other national health schemes. All costs are the full responsibility of the patient. Please confirm the full fee schedule with our staff before commencing any treatment.

Article 2

Individual Variation

Our treatments and assessments are designed based on current research, but outcomes, responses and results vary between individuals. Please note the following:

  • Treatment outcomes depend on each patient's age, health status, medical history and lifestyle.
  • Identical results cannot be assured for every patient.
  • Temporary reactions (e.g. mild fever, fatigue) may occur following treatment.
  • Please discuss any concerns with your attending physician prior to treatment.
Article 3

Notification under the Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine

All regenerative medicine services provided by the Clinic have been notified to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in accordance with the Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine (Act No. 85 of 2013), following preparation of required documentation and review by a certified committee.

  • NK Cell Therapy: Notified to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (filed under the Act; not a national efficacy endorsement) (Plan No. PB3250244)
  • MSC Stem Cell Therapy: Notified as a Type 2 Regenerative Medicine Provider

This notification does not constitute national endorsement of the efficacy or safety of these treatments by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Act mandates institutional notification and committee review; it is distinct from national endorsement of a treatment's effectiveness or safety profile.

Article 4

Cancellations and reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: No cancellation fee
  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance: 30% of the treatment fee
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: 50% of the treatment fee
  • Cancellations after cell processing has commenced will be handled individually
